Today was having K-lunch with 2 other friends when I sang Guang Liang's version of 勇气. (As above)
While I was glancing though the lyrics, this particular phrase caught my attention...
人潮拥挤我能感觉你
放在我手心里你的真心
mmm... this suddenly reminds me of the probability equation I wrote a few months ago on my blog regarding relationships. Really, what is the chance of finding someone who you can truely love and be loved in return? Heh. I dunno. And somehow, I don't think I really want to know.
Anyway, in other unrelated news, i've test driven the Chery QQ today

Ok, First the good things about the car. It's cheap, it's economical to run, it's feature laden and best of all, it has suprisingly good and comfortable rear seats. The engine is pretty zippy as a town runabout. And the speedo is classy, though a bit small for the visually challanged.
Now, the bad things about the car.
The looks. Who on this world, in the right frame of mind, want to drive this car without placing a plastic bag over his head? The looks is too cutsey for a guy to be seen driving it...heck...it makes the most macho guys out there seems utterly gay the moment they get behind one of these.
Secondly, if the macho guy did decide to drive one of these, he will probably break the gear lever which is terribly notchy and gives you the feeling that the gear box is gonna give way. And to top it up, the clutch biting point is sooooo high that it gives a switchy feeling. You are either in gear or you are not. And the SE gave a very ingenious reason for it. She said, "the clutch is high so that you do not stall the engine easily". If I wasn't polite, I would have laughed. Having a on-off switch for a clutch isn't a good way to prevent stalling, me thinks.
Thirdly, the suspension is bad. Having a small track size and sporting a torsion beam suspension (I think), it's very bumpy on the road. you can pratically sway from side to side even on slightly uneven roads.
Fourth, the brakes. I'm sorry to say this but it is rubbish. I've seen bicycles with even better stopping grip then the QQ. Even when you depress the brakes all the way, the car doens't feel as if it's stopping. It's utterly utterly alarming. I think we are better off using our feet as brakes.
As a point A to point B car, well, for the money, 33K for the manual, erm... i think i'll be better off taking public transport and save the 33k.
