Dinner at Ritz Carlton

Had Seafood Buffet Dinner at one of the restaurants in Ritz Carlton. First time going to Ritz Carlton and I've to admit that the car park charges is cheap (@ $2 per entry) and the parking lots spacious (Very). The seafood spread is very solid. Just take a look at the type of fresh seafood they offered.

From left: Prawns, mussels, white mussels, tiny crayfish, large crayfish, black mussles and flower crab. (not in picture: Fresh oysters)

As you can see, this is the only picture i've taken as I was busy eating, trying to sample as many dishes as I can. Besides seafood, they have a simple spread of sashimi and sushi. Even their main courses are good. Black Pepper crab(we conclude that the crabs are fried as they are not that fresh), steam fish, beef, duck in beehoon and others which I can remember. Even their dessert spread is solid. They have intriguing selections of dessets, choco mousse, dessets in a cup, cheesecake and also a spread of chocolates pieces (Those Sins lookalike).

Damage? $68+++ per person.
Total bill? approx. $380 for 5 persons (Heng not I pay..if not eat grass liaoz)
